Cancellation by Thanha:
We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Our Customer Service Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your successful payment, the said amount will be refunded to you. Our customer care representative will reach-out to you in such situations.
Cancellation by the Customer:
Customer can cancel the order within 24 hours after order confirmation. If you have paid through online for that particular order, the refund will be initiated once we have received the cancellation confirmation. The amount will be credited back to you within 10-12 days time. Please contact our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org or +91 8296609737/+91 9188308692) in case you have any queries to address.The same order amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges that might have been incurred by us)will be refunded if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us.
We will initiate money refund(Online payments) for cancellation once we have received the confirmation from customer. For order return the refund will be initiated only after inspecting the returned product condition. The amount will be credited back to user within 10-12 days time. If the payment method is Cash on delivery(COD), the customer/user should provide their bank account details(Name as per the bank account, Bank Name, Account number, Account type and IFSC code) while submitting return request.
Shipping and COD Fees:
Any shipping OR COD fees charged against the order will not be refunded back.
No Cash on delivery shipment will go to Kerala and Pondicherry due to state regulations.
For Uttarakhand state, maximum order value of a single order should not cross Rs 4998/-
For Jammu and Kashmir ,form 58 will be required if the product value is more than Rs 5000/-
No surface shipment can be sent to Port Blair.
You may request for a return within 5 days of delivery, it should not be worn, washed, with stains, damaged and with all original tags and packaging. Our customer care representative will reach-out to customer before scheduling the return pickup of your order.The order item should be packed by the customer with address label as per the communication from the Thanha customer care.
Refund will be initiated only after successful verification of above standard checks and the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received.
